Reporting Damaged Consignments

In order that we can thoroughly investigate Any Damaged Deliveries,

Please follow this procedure

1- If there is Obvious Damage to or Leakage of the contents DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY

2- Telephone us within 3 days of the delivery   01953-885595

3- This must be followed by a Letter within 5 days explaining what the damage is.

Please Note;- The Delivery Driver has NO authority to make any undertakings regarding replacements on our behalf

This procedure MUST be followed for any claim to be considered

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy Policy

1,  You can notify us by email to info@scrubbyoakfinefoods.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods or

2,  Where the goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance to clause 3 below.

3,  You can return the goods ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, providing the goods      remain unopened. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you and they shall be packaged so as to arrive safely and              unbroken.

4,  Refunds for goods returned that are not faulty shall be liable to an administration charge of £1.50
